Returns, Refund and Exchanges
1 Change of Mind
- If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in 'new' condition.
2 Return Process
- Prior to returning an item, please provide images to confirm that the item is in its original packaging and condition, suitable for return.
- All returns must be pre-approved by Divano. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3 Costs of Return
- The customer is responsible for covering the freight costs for returning the item to our warehouse in case of a change of mind.
- Please be aware that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4 Refunds
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will cover the cost of the item but will not include the original shipping costs or the return freight costs.
5 Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm the exchange and any additional costs associated with the new item.
6 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- In the case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
