1 Dispatch and Delivery Times

  • Orders are dispatched from our main warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.
  • Deliveries to Eastern Australia metropolitan areas typically take 3 to 10 working days post-dispatch. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
  • Deliveries to Western Australia metropolitan areas typically take 14 to 28 working days post-dispatch. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

2 Delivery Services and Limitations

  • Standard delivery is to the ground floor front door only. Deliveries involving stairs may incur a surcharge of $50 to $200.
  • Couriers may not deliver inside the property due to insurance limits. Customers may authorize this at their own risk, but Divano assumes no responsibility for damages.

3 Courier Partners and Shipping Costs

  • We partner with various couriers based on size, weight, and delivery location of each item.
  • Shipping fees are based on weight and size; discounts on freight costs are not available.
  • Free shipping may be available for selected metropolitan areas, visible at checkout.

4 Dispatch and Postage

  • We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 working days after receiving full payment.
  • Cancelled orders post-dispatch may not have postage fees refunded. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or redirection.

5 Combined Postage and Packaging

  • Combined postage for different products is not available due to size and weight limits.
  • Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

6 Geographical Limitations

  • Currently, we dispatch only to addresses within Australia.

7 Change of Mind

  • Freight fees and a restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for returned items due to change of mind.

8 Non-Delivery to PO Box Addresses

  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, ensuring all deliveries are made to physical street addresses only.

9 Replacement Order Delivery

  • Replacement orders will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

10 Delivery Failure

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations with high risk of loss or damage, or areas inaccessible by standard courier services.
  • In such cases, you may opt for delivery via your own couriers, with all risks of loss or damage being your responsibility.

11 Redelivery Fee

  • A redelivery fee may be charged if you are not present for a scheduled delivery.
  • This fee also applies to orders with free shipping, calculated at 75% of the original freight charge.
